The registration fee also covers additional items such as T-shirts and swag bag contents.

Hotel and Travel are not covered by your registration fees unless noted as such. Registering via MBM website will allow you to receive a Discount code that can be used to get the group rate discount for your room but you are responsible for any requirements needed to secure your room such as prepayment or a credit card to secure reservation as well as any deposits. Currently no travel discounts for air are available.

Registration cost varies depending on when you register. Please refer to the specific event for Registration dates and cost.

Please be mindful that all registration incur an $15 processing fee. Please be advised that this fee could change. We accept all major credit cards (MC/VISA/AmEx/DISC/Diners/JCB) and Debit cards that carry a Mastercard/Visa logo. we also accept PayPal and Apple Pay.

Hotel room rates vary based on destination of each event. Please refer to a specific event for room rates. It is the sole responsibility of attendees to secure their accommodations and are responsible for fulfilling any requirements to secure lodging unless noted.

Upon registration of an MBM event you will be given a link that will allow you access to the Group rate discount. In the event you miss or misplace the link please contact MBM indicating the event you are registered for and request you be sent the Hotel registration Link. A message can be sent directly to MBM by clicking on the message bubble located in the lower right corner of any MBM website page. Please check your spam mailbox if after registration you do not receive a Hotel Reservation link. also note that the email address you supply during registration is the email that will be used to forward confirmation and hotel link information to.

Many hotels do not provide shuttle service but some of the hotels that we secure do provide Shuttle service. This is a service if provided that is exclusive to the hotel and is not part of MBM. You may reach out to our host hotels directly to determine if shuttle service is available and if a fee is associated with this service. If available, you will be solely responsible for any fee incurred and arrangements made.

As always Taxis, Uber/Lyft, and other airport transports are available and these fees vary.
