Many hotels do not provide shuttle service but some of the hotels that we secure do provide Shuttle service. This is a service if provided that is exclusive to the hotel and is not part of MBM. You may reach out to our host hotels directly to determine if shuttle service is available and if a fee is associated with this service. If available, you will be solely responsible for any fee incurred and arrangements made. As always Taxis, Uber/Lyft, and other airport transports are available and these fees vary.

Registration cost varies depending on when you register. Please refer to the specific event for Registration dates and cost. Please be mindful that all registration incur an $15 processing fee. Please be advised that this fee could change. We accept all major credit cards (MC/VISA/AmEx/DISC/Diners/JCB) and Debit cards that carry a Mastercard/Visa logo. we also accept PayPal and Apple Pay.

Your registration fee covers MBM Sanctioned events such as: ICE BREAKERS NETWORKING EXPO GROUP OUTINGS POOL FUN MEET & GREET SPADES TOURNAMENT W/ TROPHY ROUND GAMES TOURNAMENT MEN’S FORUM/FILTER NO FILTER BROTHER’S PODCAST BROTHERHOOD BONDING PRIVATE PARTIES DINNER PARTIES MBM SOCIAL EVENTS The registration fee also covers additional items such as T-shirts and swag bag contents.

Hotel room rates vary based on destination of each event. Please refer to a specific event for room rates. It is the sole responsibility of attendees to secure their accommodations and are responsible for fulfilling any requirements to secure lodging unless noted.

Hotel and Travel are not covered by your registration fees unless noted as such. Registering via MBM website will allow you to receive a Discount code that can be used to get the group rate discount for your room but you are responsible for any requirements needed to secure your room such as prepayment or a credit card to secure reservation as well as any deposits. Currently no travel discounts for air are available.

You have several options available to you at various price and levels of Convenience .: Taxis are fairly convenient and the most costly. Average cost of a taxicab between Airport and Horseshoe Casino and Resort runs between $20 to $25 each way and talks approximately 10 co 15 minutes depending on time of day and traffic. Shuttle Service is more cost friendly but travel times can vary greatly as you may be traveling with other people going to a different casino. and runs between $17 to $22 each way and take approximately 10 to 30 minutes depending on time of day and traffic. Uber/LYFT is a great alternative to the Taxicab cost wise but you may find yourself waiting extended periods of time for your ride to arrive based on this is a very popular way to travel cost effectively. wait times can be as high as 30 minutes or more during peak travel times. Average cost for Uber/LYFT varies greatly based on type o ride (size of vehicle) you select but fare generally start at $16 and go up from there. Host hotels may or may not provide a shuttle bus service. If they do provide this service, it is a service that you must arrange on your own and is not part of any MBM service provided. It is the sole responsibility of the attendee to secure and pay, if required any fees associated with this service.

Mature Black Men Refund Policy If your purchase cannot be confirmed for any reason, we will fully refund your purchase less any processing fees/charges. We recommend each customer read and review the cancellation policy prior to purchasing any travel package, registration, or Fun Pass with Mature Black Men. What CAN be Refunded: • Some tours/registrations/fun passes may require a minimum number of travelers to operate. The affected traveler will be fully refunded any portions of the associated fees . Should this occur, it would be under very rare circumstances. • Any additional refunds based on extenuating circumstances will be at the sole discretion of Mature Black Men (MBM). What CANNOT be Refunded: • All hotel and tour packages are arranged ahead of time. Any person failing to appear on the day of departure will not be refunded. • No refund will be given for any portions of the travel package unused by the traveler after event departure regardless of circumstances. • Hotel extensions and Instant Confirmation products (admission tickets, city passes, etc.) cannot be exchanged or refunded once confirmed and finalized. Our Cancellation Policy The Cancellation Policies listed below apply to all reservations unless the event booked has specific rates or fees listed under "Special Notes." Please carefully review the "Special Notes" of your event package prior to booking. Please know that Mature Black Men will always adhere to individual tour policies when applicable. Cancellation Made Within Refund Policy 90 days prior to Departure Date Non-refundable 91-120 Days Prior to Departure Date 50% of total amount refunded 121-160 Days Prior to Departure Date 75% of total amount refunded 161+ Days Prior to Departure Date 100% of total amount refunded • Please note that cancellation fees are calculated based on the date we receive your cancellation request and travel Package/Registration start date. • The notification day and departure day are NOT counted. E.g., If the tour departure day is April 4th, we receive the official cancellation request on April 1st, it will be counted as 2 days prior to the departure date. • If a tour is scheduled to depart within the next 6 days, we will not change a traveler's departure date and will not offer a refund. • All cancellations must be made directly with Mature Black Men, not with tour providers. • In most cases, reservations paid by PayPal, Affirm, Credit Card, or Apple Pay will be refunded via Same method, any associated fee will be deducted from the overall refund amount. Event/Trip/Registration Cancellation All total cancellations, though rarely issued, will be at the sole discretion of Mature Black Men (MBM) and refunded accordingly. How to Cancel a Reservation We will process your cancellation/refund request within one to seven business days. We will NOT acknowledge any verbal / over-the-phone request or voice mail. Verbally speaking with an MBM representative without email will not guarantee that your cancellation has been processed or acknowledged. Reservations will be confirmed within one to two business days. The following constitute as an amendment to a tour: • Changing departure date • Changing pick up time or location • Changing tour • Changing guest name • Changing itinerary • Removing / Replacing a guest • Adding / Replacing a guest

If you decide not to travel to an MBM event, our normal cancellation/refund policy applies:  The value of the registration fee will be held as a credit which is transferable and can be applied to a future MBM event within 365 days of original registration. No cash refunds will be transacted. After 365 days the credit will be forfeited if not used before the expiration date. Note: MBM reserves the right to change this policy at their discretion. New policies will not supersede transactions covered under a previous policy.
